My DIY Fashion addiction

So I have been poking around the Internet all day and I can across something on Ms. Mimi G's older blog posts a beautiful DIY Maxi dress w/sash.  Then I got to thinking about what fabric to use.  I then had another thought (yes my mind runs a mile a min).   One great fall find is leather what if this skirt was done in leather......ooooo so pretty

That fabric is from fabric.com.  I think it will turn out gorgeous.   I'm so inspired.

More to Come

Another fashion inspiration this one I can't wait to do......when my fabric arrives from fabric.com I am goin to do these pants in burnt red color.   I am then goin to do them in these fabrics shown here:

Yas Hunty.......

So I wanna share a spotlight on and eBay store out of China.  It's a nice store who carries designer inspired bags.  On the top is a pic of a Chanel Bag retailing at $3500-$4500.  Money that I would not spend on a purse.  The pic on the bottom is a "knock-off" that I paid $12.72 for.

The eBay user is moonar.store http://stores.ebay.com/moonar-store?_rdc=1
They have clothing too just for smaller frames.  I love this store.

New DIY Outfit

I have a fashion outfit in mind that I would like to try for fall.  I have ordered the pattern for the pants I already have the shirt and the shoes are on the way.  I like to say its something you would see in Vogue or Bazaar as a chic office casual attire but it is also hip. When I get the outfit complete I will definitely post pics.  But for a sneak peak here is a pic of the shoes!!!

Fall nail colors

So I could not figure out for the life of me what fall color I wanted to paint my nails.  So I went for my Zoya Collection to see what I have (needless to say I'm pleasantly surprised!!!!!

So I decided to paint each nail one of the colors above......

Fall is on the way and with these colors you can't go wrong

DIY SKIRT FROM MIMI G.

So I wanna give props to Ms. Mimi Goodwin
I stumbled upon her blog when I was on Pinterest and she make her own clothes. I tried to make my own clothes about 5 years ago and needless to say I tried to make a dress and it didn't come out right.  I do home decor ( only pillows and curtains ).  But she has made it easy to make up to date clothes for people like me to sew and look good.  I recently made a cute pencil skirt with black and white striped material.

****UPDATE**** Here is the link to how you do this pencil skirt shown above

As you can see the finished product came out gorgeous!!!! Thanks Mimi
